Key Responsibilities

  • •Support initiatives to optimize processes across logistics, fleet management, customer service, and vendor operations.
  • •Support innovation and continuous improvement through automation and technology adoption.
  • •Analyze root causes of customer issues and communicate proactively.
  • •Use analytics to identify trends and predict scenarios; monitor logistics performance and related customer experience metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, MIS, or a related discipline (Class of 2024 onwards).

  • •Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 3.75/5.0.
  • •Minimum IELTS score of 6.0.
  • •Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides.
