Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform system updates for Purchase Order prerequisite master data in SAP.
  • •Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP, and manage changes through to closure.
  • •Conduct regular data accuracy checks and follow through on data discrepancies with stakeholders.
  • •Generate reports for data verification and operational tracking, highlighting risks or inconsistencies.
  • •Meet service level targets and continuously improve processes and night-to-day handover quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in data management, operations, or a similar role.
  • •Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • •Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team and across shifts.
  • •Ability to identify issues and contribute to process improvements is an advantage.
