Drive recruiter productivity to achieve 100% fill rate and on-time hiring, while improving process efficiencies through collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Manage compliance requirements including background checks and pre-employment processes, and partner across stakeholders to deliver the right candidate flow and hiring needs. Requires experience leading recruitment, preferably in a BPO environment.
