Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary Tier 1 contact for global benefits inquiries, resolving standard requests and escalating complex cases to Benefits Program Managers.
  • •Administer benefits programs and manage vendor relationships across EMEA and APAC to ensure local compliance and alignment with Total Rewards philosophy.
  • •Coordinate leave-of-absence processes end-to-end across multiple jurisdictions, including statutory and company-provided leaves.
  • •Partner with Payroll and external brokers to ensure accurate benefits enrollment, changes, and offboarding workflows.
  • •Analyze benefits utilization data and employee queries to identify trends, propose process improvements, and maintain benefits documentation/SOPs and employee FAQs.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or related HR operations in a global/multi-country environment.
  • •Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits structures, statutory requirements, and leave entitlements.
  • •Excellent communication and service orientation with a track record of responsive, empathetic employee support.
  • •Experience with HRIS and HR ticketing/case management systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, Workday Help).
  • •Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables) for analysis and invoice reconciliation.
