Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and follow through personalized tours, itineraries, field activities, and services for guests.
  • •Deliver timely, professional information to guests regarding history, cultural heritage, and natural features of the property and destination.
  • •Arrange on- and off-site activities, tours/transfers, and special requests to maximize comfort and convenience.
  • •Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of resort services and recommend experiences to guests and visitors.
  • •Support reserve area activities including ecological maintenance and emergency response per property procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Organize and arrange personalized tours, itineraries, and field activities for guests through coordination with other departments and excursion providers.
  • •Provide accurate and timely information to guests about the property, destination history, cultural heritage, and natural particularities.
  • •Find and source high-quality, high-end providers, activities, and excursions in the area.
  • •Maintain a particular zone of the resort reserve area, supporting ecological maintenance, security, and monitoring.
  • •Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are preferable.
