Job Summary

Drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences at the AP House in Zürich. You’ll represent the brand values, manage the full customer journey from welcome and needs analysis through consultation, selling, and follow-up, while ensuring strong operational and administrative support. Build and maintain your own customer portfolio through acquisition and retention, and collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen the brand image and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent AP House values and build trusted, long-term relationships with customers.
•Own the full customer journey: reception, needs analysis, consultation, selling, and follow-up.
•Provide operational and administrative support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
•Support pre- and post-sale activities and strengthen the brand image through attention to detail and results orientation.
•Develop and manage a personal customer portfolio via acquisition, retention, and proactive client support.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of sales experience in the luxury segment, ideally in a service-oriented environment.
•Strong sales and results orientation with the ability to build long-term, authentic customer relationships.
•Solid CRM knowledge and routine use of CRM systems to manage customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and ensure high data quality.
•Negotiation-level German and English skills with excellent communication and empathy.
•Experience in the watch or jewelry industry is a plus.
