Job Summary

Serve as the dedicated AI Agent expert for early-stage sales opportunities, partnering with Core Solutions Engineers to shape technical narratives end-to-end. Lead AI Agent workshops and deep-dive use case/API discovery, drive complex high-stakes demos, and translate solutions into ROI models. Collaborate with Forward Deployed PMs and engineers to ensure smooth pre-sale-to-deployment handoffs, while feeding learning back to Product and Engineering to accelerate the roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the go-to internal and external expert on Cresta’s AI Agent capabilities and engage early in the sales process.
•Partner with Core SEs to own the AI Agent technical narrative and strengthen AI Agent opportunities.
•Lead technical discovery workshops to explore use cases, define implementation scope, and align on a path to value.
•Own use case and API discovery, evaluating integration requirements and API feasibility.
•Lead complex, high-stakes AI Agent demos and contribute to ROI/business case modeling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, including 1–3 years in pre-sales selling to large enterprises.
•Hands-on experience designing, building, or selling AI Agents/agentic AI systems, including familiarity with agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and LLM-based architectures.
•Practical understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and how enterprise systems connect to AI Agent workflows.
•Experience with conversational AI, contact center platforms, or voice/chat automation technologies.
•Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
