Key Responsibilities

•Own enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through full platform adoption, focusing on deployment speed and quality.
•Configure and deploy monitoring, alerting, and automation policies within customer environments.
•Set up and tune monitoring and RMM tooling and bring hands-on fluency to customer deployments.
•Troubleshoot network, security, and infrastructure issues with speed and precision.
•Act as the technical translator between customers and CommandLink’s product team and build scalable implementation playbooks.

•3+ years in a hands-on technical role at an MSP or as a corporate IT administrator (5+ years preferred).

•Strong communication skills to translate technical details for customers and internal product teams.
•Comfort working fluently across security, network, and alerting concepts, building customer trust as a technical authority.
