Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products for customer-facing experiences.
•Maintain full stack ownership by writing production-ready, testable code.
•Create designs aligned to architectural best practices, considering scalability, reliability, and performance.
•Analyze failures, propose design changes, and support operational improvements.
•Conduct code reviews, apply standards, and ensure compliance and security best practices throughout product development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Twelve or more years of experience.
•Experience leading multiple SRE, production engineering, or platform operations teams in a global/matrixed model, ideally in banking and financial services.
•Strong technical depth supporting large-scale web and mobile applications, including troubleshooting and resolution in production.
•Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms and Kubernetes, including Linux systems, networking fundamentals, distributed systems, API gateways (e.g., Apigee), and infrastructure automation.
