Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Design Manager in coordinating multidisciplinary design activities.
  • •Coordinate design information across CSA, MEP, ICT, Security, and other technical disciplines.
  • •Track design deliverables, outstanding actions, and submission status, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and comments.
  • •Maintain design registers, trackers, and action logs; keep accurate records of approvals, revisions, and design changes.
  • •Support multidisciplinary design coordination meetings, prepare minutes, assist with BIM coordination/clash detection, and help with commissioning and handover documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience in design coordination, engineering coordination, or a similar project role.
  • •Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
  • •Experience tracking RFIs, technical submittals, drawings, and design clarifications.
  • •Experience maintaining design registers, trackers, and document logs.
