Clinical Nurse 1 (QA)

Provide safe, effective nursing care to assigned patients and families, planning care under a preceptor’s guidance while following QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework, Joint Commission International standards, and the Plan of Care Policy. Perform assessments, deliver direct and indirect care (including medications and therapies), initiate emergency procedures as needed, and document care accurately in the electronic medical record. Support patient safety, communicate with care teams, and collaborate across a diverse, cross-functional environment.
