Job Summary

Lead and manage high-volume localization projects across global marketing websites and email communications for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and corporate initiatives. Prioritize real-time changes and coordinate with stakeholders in Japan and WW teams. Partner closely with creative, development, and cross-functional groups to deliver flawless delivery, manage risk and resources, and continuously refine end-to-end processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and maintain assigned projects to deliver flawless localization across global marketing websites and email communications.
•Prioritize projects and changes in real time and align with stakeholders in Japan and WW teams.
•Collaborate with creative, development, and cross-functional teams within Japan and WW to execute cross-functional work.
•Manage risk and resources in real time and refine end-to-end delivery processes and workflows based on feedback.
•Support projects requiring flexibility in non-business hours, including global product launches and campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
•Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
•7+ years of relevant experience in a digital creative agency, in-house marketing communications, or digital marketing department (preferred).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
•Solid understanding of end-to-end web technologies; experience managing large-scale corporate digital platforms using enterprise-level content management systems (preferred).
