Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles are prepared per customer specifications.
  • •Liaise with workshops, drivers, registration teams, insurers, and other stakeholders to support smooth vehicle handovers.
  • •Process and verify vehicle documentation including registration, insurance, invoicing, VCCs, gate passes, and sales documentation.
  • •Monitor vehicle preparation activities (cleaning, servicing, and accessory fitment) and coordinate demo vehicle readiness for test drives.
  • •Maintain accurate records in company systems and monitor showroom vehicle displays to meet BYD and Al-Futtaim standards.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Vehicle Delivery Coordination, or Automotive Operations roles.
  • •Experience in automotive retail, dealerships, or vehicle distribution environments.
  • •Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • •Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • •High school certificate or equivalent qualification required.
