Job Summary

Assemble electrical, hydraulic and mechanical aircraft engine components for the C-Series (A220) nacelle in Mirabel. Read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings, perform component installation/removal, torque adjustments and sealing, and collaborate with engineering and US-based teams to ensure proper connectivity and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform electrical, hydraulic and mechanical assembly of aircraft engine components including fan cowls, thrust reversers and inlets, including installing and removing components from engines.
•Test component connectivity and functionality, rigging, torquing and sealing aircraft systems.
•Read and interpret assembly drawings.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
•Communicate with engineering teams and the customer as needed to ensure proper understanding of tasks.

Key Requirements

•Diploma of college studies in aircraft maintenance technology, or DEP in aircraft mechanical assembly, or equivalent.
