Job Summary

Build and grow relationships with Small Business clients in the Retail Community Bank through proactive and reactive phone outreach. Conduct in-depth financial reviews and recommend solutions across deposits, loans, credit cards, merchant services, payroll, ACH/Wires, treasury services, insurance, and employee benefits. Handle complex servicing issues, facilitate credit requests within thresholds, and meet quarterly revenue/profit growth goals while delivering service excellence.

•Proactively contact targeted clients, share Truist’s impact, and set up appointments for deeper conversations and complete financial reviews.
•Facilitate credit requests within Retail Community Bank thresholds and refer larger credit opportunities to the Commercial Community Bank.
•Meet quarterly individual performance goals tied to a revenue/profit growth matrix.

•Ability to conduct business via telephone: build rapport, identify client needs, conduct financial reviews, and communicate solutions effectively.
•Preferred: 2+ years as a Small Business Banker/Business Banking Relationship Manager/Branch Leader/Manager or 2+ years of phone-based banking/financial products sales experience.
