Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the complete ocean freight process from shipment initiation to final delivery/completion.
  • •Handle import and export shipments, including FCL and LCL.
  • •Control shipping documentation accuracy and completeness, including Bills of Lading and commercial documentation.
  • •Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, customs/clearing teams, warehouses, and customers.

  • •Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines under pressure.
