Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly financial reporting, close activities, and journal entries.
  • •Prepare, review, and analyze balance sheet reconciliations, P&L accounts, and related reclassifications.
  • •Record, classify, and summarize transactions in accordance with IFRS and company accounting policies; support financial statements and management reporting.
  • •Perform financial analysis, variance analysis (actual-to-budget), and advanced spreadsheet modeling to validate data accuracy.
  • •Reconcile and process intercompany transactions and balances, support month-end/year-end close, and lead AI-enabled process improvements across reporting and recurring accounting workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related fields, or non-accounting degree with significant accounting experience.
  • •Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling) and proficiency with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
  • •Experience with percentage of completion (PoC) and project accounting, plus accounting operations across multiple functions.
