Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site technical assistance for software and hardware issues at the Costa Mesa headquarters.
  • •Support asset management activities including audits, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
  • •Handle repair, refurbishment, and e-waste processes for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • •Manage deployment of mobile technology (cell phones, hotspots, tablets, and encrypted USB drives).
  • •Maintain endpoint hardware image/configuration and complete support-ticket workloads including installations and troubleshooting.

Salary: USD 22.6 - 30.29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience with PC/Apple hardware and operating systems (Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Linux).
  • •At least 1 year of experience managing desktop-related incidents and providing deskside support, preferably with Jira ticketing experience.
  • •Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS/iOS; basic Linux knowledge (Ubuntu, RHEL, Nix) is a plus.
  • •Ability to image, configure, and deploy endpoint hardware, and support device configurations and system upgrades.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance; can lift up to 50 pounds and is available to travel to local offices as needed.
