Job Summary

Serve as a liaison between sales, consulting, brokers, and pharmacy benefit stakeholders to support the full RFP and proposal lifecycle. Coordinate VPS meetings, maintain RFP timelines and deliverables, and ensure accurate document preservation. Use PBM and employee benefits knowledge to analyze prescription drug usage patterns, support pricing and contract negotiations, and keep prospect data current in Zoho CRM and Monday.com. Collaborate with legal and project management to resolve requirements and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders during the RFP process and proposal development.
•Maintain RFP timelines and deliverables, including preparation of RFP workbooks and high-quality document preservation.
•Support analytical work for financial and clinical outcomes by reviewing prescription drug usage patterns and demographic information.
•Assist with pricing strategies and contract negotiations with pharmacy benefit partners and third-party vendors.
•Coordinate communications and documentation with clients, brokers, PBM companies, NFP legal, and project management (e.g., BAA, NDA, LOE, PHI releases).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Prefer at least 2 years’ experience in PBM or a related industry.
•Knowledge of the employee benefits industry and PBM, including interpreting policies and contract documents.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to key stakeholders.
•Proficiency with basic math and strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
