Key Responsibilities

•Support and coordinate the Business Continuity Management lifecycle across Allianz UK.
•Contribute to maintaining the Operational Resilience framework and integrate with broader risk management activities.
•Support planning and facilitation of scenario-based resilience exercises to test response capabilities.
•Maintain site-specific Emergency Response Plans to ensure they remain current and effective.
•Coordinate BCM maturity assessments and track actions to strengthen resilience over time.

Salary: GBP 38,000 annually
