Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Sierra’s strategy for industry conferences and sponsorships, building a third-party events portfolio aligned to pipeline goals, audience fit, and brand impact.
  • •Design and program high-impact event experiences (executive roundtables, panels, fireside chats, dinners, field events) and create event messaging and booth content.
  • •Partner with Sales to make events a pipeline engine by building pre-event targeting and outreach, equipping the field, and developing follow-up and handoff motions.
  • •Connect events to integrated campaigns by tying each event to content, demand gen, social, and ABM so results compound across channels.
  • •Track event performance, gather attendee and sales feedback, and produce post-event reporting and reusable playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of event marketing experience planning and executing corporate events, ideally in-house (agency experience acceptable).
  • •A strategic record building event programs that drive measurable pipeline and a clear point of view on what to invest in.
  • •Experience designing event formats (roundtables, panels, fireside chats, field events) and developing content and messaging for senior audiences.
  • •Strong partnership instinct with Sales, including targeting, outreach, enablement, and follow-up that convert attendees into opportunities.
  • •Ability to manage producers, agencies, vendors, and conference/sponsorship relationships with high execution standards and strong organization.
