Key Responsibilities

  • •Add, delete, modify, and test data in systems based on client source files and business rules.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
  • •Identify and resolve regular and non-routine issues, escalating when necessary.
  • •Use financial domain knowledge (AP/AR, Fixed Asset, AP Helpdesk, Cash Apps) and theoretical concepts to support problem solving.
  • •Prepare SOPs and develop tactical/operational plans to achieve project milestones while collaborating with management to address service issues.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree, with Accounting graduates preferred.
  • •At least 1 year of experience using a Windows PC and learning new software tools.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) in a professional/office setting.
  • •Commerce graduate with Accounting as a compulsory subject.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and perform complex, rule-based data conversion across F&A domains.
