Key Responsibilities

  • •Evolve QA and quality engineering practices by improving testing effectiveness, release reliability, and development efficiency through automation and process improvements.
  • •Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API layers, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and early defect detection.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence feature design, acceptance criteria, and implementation decisions that improve testability and product quality.
  • •Develop and implement test strategies covering regression, integration, end-to-end, performance, and reliability testing, balancing automated and exploratory approaches.
  • •Investigate complex defects with root-cause analysis, use observability/monitoring/logging to identify quality risks, and mentor QA engineers to drive a continuous improvement culture.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software quality engineering, with extensive experience building and maintaining automated testing solutions.
  • •3+ years hands-on test automation development experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript with strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • •Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, or Appium.
  • •Strong experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and designing scalable, maintainable automation frameworks.
