Key Responsibilities

•Use varied machining processes, analyze and improvise setups and methods, and perform necessary calculations and programming.
•Calculate and program changes for machining and compensate dimensional variations of tools, gauges, parts or machine conditions from computer software.
•Set up, adjust, and operate equipment such as sandblasting, polishing, and de-circling basins or tanks as required.
•Perform in the rapid maintenance sector, minor epoxy work and installation of details.
•Interpret part views and dimensions and select or improvise mounting and fixation methods based on the part to machine.
