Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic partner to Servicing senior stakeholders (including Customer Support, Financial Crime, and KYC) to scale costs and identify decision-ready insights.
  • •Lead Servicing’s planning process to forecast complex headcount requirements and operating costs to support sustainable growth and lower customer prices.
  • •Design and own scalable financial frameworks to analyze Wise’s cost base, identifying risks/opportunities and influencing change across the Servicing tribe.
  • •Deliver deep dives on key metrics, performing variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast) to improve forecast accuracy and strategic decisions.
  • •Create narratives on results and manage reporting/communications to department leads and the leadership team, while mentoring junior colleagues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,500 - 4,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior department leads, with the ability to negotiate and influence upwards.
  • •Extensive experience building complex financial models (ideally using a planning tool such as Anaplan) and owning end-to-end cost analysis.
  • •Proven track record managing high-volume headcount planning and capacity modeling in an operational or customer-facing environment.
  • •Experience establishing policies and procedures, implementing cost controls, and monitoring ongoing spend.
  • •A professional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent; MBA or a finance master’s is acceptable).
