Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the administration and ongoing operations of the company’s deferred compensation plans, including enrollment, contributions, and distributions.
  • •Partner with Payroll, Tax, and Finance to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and taxation of deferred compensation transactions.
  • •Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for executive participants and HR leaders on deferred compensation plan matters.
  • •Manage relationships with recordkeepers and external service providers, overseeing service delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • •Ensure compliance with Internal Revenue Code Section 409A through plan documentation, administrative procedures, governance controls, and operational processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • •Knowledge of nonqualified deferred compensation plans and Internal Revenue Code Section 409A administration.
  • •Experience administering deferred compensation plans using Fidelity NetBenefits or a similar recordkeeping platform.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including large-scale data analysis, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
