•Run morning and afternoon activity sessions tailored to residents, including events such as musical acts, days out, exercise classes, arts and crafts, and community visitors.
•Produce and update the home’s activity planner and work within a set activities budget.
•Organise birthday surprises and ensure activities, events, performers, and days out are fully prepared and coordinated.
•Liaise with external companies and local community performers to arrange home events and outings.
•Update paperwork including care plans and activity notes, manage emails, and support meal duties and one-to-ones when necessary.
