Job Summary

Support store management to help the location reach Levi’s Store Iconic status through sales leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience. Oversee key stylist duties and take responsibility for the store in a manager’s absence, coach and train staff, drive KPI performance, maintain visual standards, and help ensure strong inventory and loss-prevention practices, including RFID-enabled inventory processes.

•Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals and modeling customer service behaviors.
•Assist with training and retention of store staff and participate in training for new hires on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, and selling practices.
•Support operational excellence by ensuring store tasks are completed timely, contributing to inventory receiving/sending, and participating in physical inventory counts.
•Execute visual merchandising standards and make recommendations to support store visual direction and housekeeping.
•In the absence of a manager, supervise the store team and help prevent loss by following loss prevention programs and educating others.
