Own advertiser enablement for TikTok Creative Products across METAP markets, partnering with Sales pods, agencies, and clients to plan, execute, and scale campaigns. Provide 1:1 enablement and hands-on support from ideation to delivery, design custom integrated creative solutions, and help structure high-value pitches. Drive product adoption and revenue outcomes, capture market feedback, and present best practices through workshops and stakeholder enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales teams, agencies, and advertisers to support campaign planning and execution.
•Provide 1:1 enablement support to Sales pods and help teams position and implement TikTok creative and product solutions.
•Drive product adoption and revenue delivery across assigned markets or Sales pods by integrating solutions into advertiser media plans.
•Provide hands-on support for campaign execution and creative strategy development, from ideation to delivery.
•Support client pitches and strategic proposals, designing custom creative projects and integrated solutions while sharing market insights and best practices.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Creative Strategy, or Product GTM.
•Fluency in Turkish and English (working language) to communicate with Turkish stakeholders.
•Experience working directly with advertisers and agencies in client-facing roles.
•Strong understanding of digital advertising, creative production workflows, and creator ecosystems.
•Proven ability to support sales strategy, deal development, and revenue delivery while collaborating cross-functionally.
