Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Inventory Control Department, setting goals, objectives, and deadlines.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy (at least 98% physically and with ERP) and manage reconciliation of store physical inventories.
  • •Own and manage the cycle count process and daily cycle count schedule; oversee inventory counts and yearly inventory audits.
  • •Classify materials (Obsolete, Excess, POU) and maintain standard work for material flow.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and security policies in the warehouse and act as MRP Site Leader.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum two (2) years of experience in Supply Chain.

  • •Preferred: prior leadership/supervisory experience and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
