Job Summary

Inspect UAE rail infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, project requirements, and QA/QC standards. Monitor track installation, alignment, gauging, ballast, and concrete works; review ITPs; coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and contractors; witness tests and document NCRs to ensure quality and safety across major rail projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect rail and track construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.
•Monitor installation of rail tracks, sleepers, ballast, fastening systems, and related civil works.
•Verify track alignment, levels, gauge, cant, and geometry as per approved tolerances.
•Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
•Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation records.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
•Minimum 7 years of professional experience in civil construction inspection with a focus on rail track works, installation, and related components
•Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly rail, metro, or heavy transportation systems
•Familiarity with railway construction specifications, approved drawings, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for track works
•Strong command of written and spoken English for effective site communication and reporting
