Job Summary

Join a 24-month Malaysia Graduate Development Programme focused on cost management for iconic property, infrastructure, and natural resources projects. You’ll support cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tender evaluation, change orders, and final accounts, while producing cost plans, valuations, and reports. Work closely with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and specialist suppliers, and receive training toward RICS and/or BQSM chartership.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in cost management commissions, including cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, and change orders.
•Estimate and produce cost plans.
•Conduct cost assessments and valuations.
•Prepare cost reports and support final account close-out.
•Liaise with project stakeholders across the wider client team.

Key Requirements

•Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/engineering, project & facilities management or equivalent.
•Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools and techniques.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment as part of a committed team.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Knowledge and practical application of cost management through program learning and development.
