Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze KPI performance for warehouse operations and supply chain efficiency using data analytics tools, and produce reports/dashboards to guide decisions.
  • •Develop cost models and pricing proposals for RFPs/RFQs and partner with finance, procurement, and operations to validate assumptions.
  • •Lead cross-functional engagement (operations, IT, engineering, HR, procurement, finance) to ensure solution alignment and feasibility, and support implementation transition.
  • •Engage customers and stakeholders via site visits, workshops, and design reviews; present solutions professionally.
  • •Act as Infor WMS subject matter expert, serve as a focal point between IT and operations, and lead global API projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
  • •5–10 years in solution design, supply chain engineering, logistics consulting, or 3PL operations.
  • •Proven experience in warehousing, distribution, transportation, and supply chain modelling.
  • •Exposure to managing RFPs/RFQs and developing commercial proposals.
  • •Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written), plus working knowledge of MS Office and warehouse management systems.
