Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce quality products safely and on time while following Standard Work.
  • •Implement Eaton EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
  • •Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the facility.
  • •Investigate accidents and near misses, perform root cause analysis, and track corrective actions (including assisting Operations in 8D analysis).
  • •Maintain and update EHS documentation (including SDS, training records, and compliance logs) and support environmental compliance tasks such as waste handling, air emissions tracking, and water discharge monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in Environmental, Health, or Safety in a manufacturing environment (or combination of those functions).
  • •Experience working in a manufacturing environment and ability to engage across all areas of the plant.
  • •Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
  • •Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
