  • •Coordinate event speaking engagements with the communications team to ensure content needs are met.

  • •Prepare travel packs and make in-depth global travel arrangements for international trips and large domestic events.
  • •Support the VP with correspondence/approvals as authorized and provide analytical support for special projects.
