Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full lifecycle customer engagement across Identify, Commit, Deploy, and Consume, owning outcomes at each stage.
  • •Define customer Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, including architecture and responsible AI governance.
  • •Oversee deployment end-to-end: manage timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
  • •Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics by identifying blockers and developing value realization strategies.
  • •Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and translate field insights into product feedback for the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory) for enterprise customers.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
  • •Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
