Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and apply test center policies, practices, and procedures.
  • •Greet examinees and verify identification, including required security checks (use of wands).
  • •Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams and report/resolve candidate issues with urgency.
  • •Maintain a secure environment and materials, safeguard the test center from misconduct, and report occurrences outside company guidelines.
  • •Ensure fair and comfortable testing experience; if applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification.

Key Requirements
