Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the architecture, governance, and lifecycle of SOPs, playbooks, and process standards across Product Development domains.
  • •Lead capability framework design and deployment, including training curricula and onboarding models across Brands and regions.
  • •Consolidate cross-Brand best practices by identifying deviations and maturity gaps and aligning on enterprise standards.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor on capability maturity and ways of working, driving targeted improvement initiatives and updating outdated practices.
  • •Translate complex expertise into enterprise-ready standards and ensure they are adopted and remain effective over time.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated ownership of complex capability or knowledge systems with enterprise-level impact.
  • •Experience designing or owning standards, frameworks, or enterprise initiatives in Product Development, manufacturing, or capability-focused roles (5–7 years).
  • •Strong judgment balancing standardization, scalability, and functional nuance.
  • •Ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape ways of working without authority.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
