Job Summary

Own and evolve product development capability frameworks for a multi-branded Footwear & Equipment organization. Define and govern SOPs, playbooks, and process standards, and lead the design and deployment of capability frameworks, training curricula, and onboarding models. Consolidate cross-brand best practices into enterprise standards, and advise on capability maturity improvements by identifying gaps before they scale and driving continuous, sustainable ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the architecture, governance, and lifecycle of SOPs, playbooks, and process standards across Product Development domains.
•Lead design and evolution of capability frameworks, training curricula, and onboarding models across brands and regions.
•Identify deviations, maturity gaps, and best-in-class practices across brands and consolidate into enterprise standards.
•Set quality thresholds and structure content for scalability while ensuring standards remain relevant and effective over time.
•Act as a trusted advisor on capability maturity and ways of working, leading targeted improvement initiatives without direct people management responsibility.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated ownership of complex capability or knowledge systems with enterprise-level impact.
•Strong judgment balancing standardization, scalability, and functional nuance.
•Ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape ways of working without authority.
•Recognized as a reference point or subject-matter expert within Product Development or Operations domains.
•5–7 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or capability-focused roles with ownership of standards, frameworks, or enterprise initiatives.
