Key Responsibilities

•Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients
•Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually
•Deliver evidence-based care in a holistic, wrap-around care model
•Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care
•Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health; provide consultation to therapists on the treatment team and assist with program development

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Active licensed CA license in psychology (Licensed Psychologist, LMSW, AMFT, or LPC); onsite supervision for limited permits available
•Experience and interest in working with adults and at least 1 year of experience with patients with severe mental illness
•Experience in evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, or MI
•Thrives in a collaborative team environment and establishes positive relationships with other medical professionals
•Strong listening and verbal communication skills with thorough understanding of confidentiality and documentation standards; tech savvy
