Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients
  • •Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually
  • •Deliver evidence-based care in a holistic, wrap-around care model
  • •Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care
  • •Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health; provide consultation to therapists on the treatment team and assist with program development

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Active licensed CA license in psychology (Licensed Psychologist, LMSW, AMFT, or LPC); onsite supervision for limited permits available
  • •Experience and interest in working with adults and at least 1 year of experience with patients with severe mental illness
  • •Experience in evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, or MI
  • •Thrives in a collaborative team environment and establishes positive relationships with other medical professionals
  • •Strong listening and verbal communication skills with thorough understanding of confidentiality and documentation standards; tech savvy
