Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead site digital transformation initiatives, creating digital roadmaps and implementing solutions across core operations from quotation to manufacturing and warehousing.
  • •Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and design digital workflows to improve efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy using business process mapping and future-state design.
  • •Standardize business processes and improve effectiveness using SAP/Oracle best features and automation in related business systems.
  • •Support daily ERP (SAP/Oracle) issues and develop reports using One BI and SQL.
  • •Develop digital applications, dashboards, and automation solutions (including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps/Power Automate, AI chatbot, and RPA) and provide training/coaching to employees on digital tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology (or equivalent).
  • •8 years of experience developing/programming industrial automation or process control software and advanced software tools.
  • •Familiar with order handling, manufacturing, and material planning processes.
  • •Experience with one or more: Oracle ERP, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Power BI, Python, AI applications, RPA, API integration, database design, or low-code development.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills plus good oral and written communication; ability to present data, plans, and initiatives in English.
