Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with a team leader/project manager and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Act as the direct customer contact for assigned projects, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units by using software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required; typically 0–2 years of HVAC experience is expected.

  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations within the past 3 years.
