Business Banking Relationship Manager

Manage a portfolio of commercial banking relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities from assigned customers and targeted prospects. Serve as the primary advisor to drive customer satisfaction and retention, coordinate with product partners to cross-sell products and services, and analyze portfolio risk and profitability. Facilitate credit requests, including loan structuring and negotiation/pricing, and support resolution of customer issues while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
