Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with Academy Managers the deployment of learning solutions aligned to skills-upgrading needs for your perimeter (GBU or countries).
  • •Identify, design, and deploy learning initiatives for your perimeter outside the Academies.
  • •Support Function and Domain Academies in recruiting and developing Knowledge Boosters.
  • •Ensure governance and coherence of the Domain Academies roadmap, applying the academy framework.
  • •Serve as the interface with social partners on learning topics, preparing meetings and participating in them.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HR, training, project management, or equivalent.
  • •Experience coordinating learning projects in a complex matrix environment.
  • •Experience rolling out large-scale training programs, including logistics and planning.
  • •Ability to animate internal trainer communities (Knowledge Boosters).
  • •Experience managing relationships with social partners on training topics.
