Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for all assets and ensure accurate CMMS administration (Ultimo)
  • •Analyze and resolve faults to minimize downtime and manage spare parts inventory and procurement
  • •Coach, train and develop the maintenance and cleaning teams to high performance
  • •Ensure strict compliance with SHE and quality standards, including calibration and verification schedules for safety-critical equipment
  • •Continuously improve through downtime analyses, process optimization and adoption of new technologies

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of practical maintenance experience in an industrial or production environment
  • •Proven leadership experience including managing technicians and coordinating activities
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control circuits and ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
  • •Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
  • •Strict adherence to safety regulations and safe working practices
