Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (infant, toddler, and 3–6) by observing children, preparing and maintaining a calm, orderly learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families and collaborate with Lead Guides to strengthen classroom community.
