Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate professionally with dealers and consumers and resolve customer inquiries.
  • •Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, tear, neglect, damage, previous repair, and structural damage.
  • •Complete vehicle inspections promptly with imaging and upload results using the required technology.
  • •Capture data accurately on a mobile device and maintain timely, consistent inspection outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • •1 year automotive experience (preferred).

  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications, including entering data on a handheld device.
