  • •Represent work centers in daily production meetings; escalate issues affecting quality, output, or delivery and provide daily updates to Purchasing.
  • •Coach the team on Kanban, continuous flow, standardized work, and workload balancing; support continuous improvement activities and maintain production-training records.
