•Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed pipeline targets
•Drive outbound and inbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified pipeline for the field sales team
•Partner with Marketing to align on campaign execution, lead follow-up SLAs, and messaging
•Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff and conversion of qualified opportunities
•Analyse team performance data (activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and implement improvements

•3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development or inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in a management or team lead capacity

•Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or data/cloud technology sales preferred
