Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as part of a dynamic team across the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • •Act as a tech lead owning technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform, fault-tolerant application systems.
  • •Continuously improve software engineering developer experience by identifying gaps and contributing to internal frameworks and tools.
  • •Establish engineering best practices and standards, including code review standards.
  • •Own architecture using HLD methodology and provide technical support to ensure best practices are consistently met.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of hands-on development experience, preferably with Java, Python, Go, or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in application and/or data design, architecture, and development.
  • •Experience with AWS (highly preferred) or other cloud products such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
  • •Experience providing mentorship to junior/intermediate associates and guidance to technical and business stakeholders.
  • •Preferred: 8+ years leading the full life-cycle of software development in an agile environment.
