Inside SALES

Provide product knowledge and help customers purchase building materials at the sales counter and over the phone. Take and process orders using the company computer system, complete sales orders and tender cash sales, and build customer relationships. Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers on sales approaches, address customer objections, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and reports in an office-based environment.
